How long does carpet installation take?

Depends on size and environment: a regular room can usually be completed in a few hours; a large office or area with stairs may take 1 or several days. We will issue a schedule in advance to try not to affect your normal work.

Should carpet tiles be installed with all-purpose glue or environmentally friendly glue?

We always use environmentally friendly pressure-sensitive adhesive (self-adhesive). Compared with the pungent-smelling all-purpose glue, environmentally friendly glue has no pungent smell and is healthier. It is easy to lift when replacing carpets in the future and will not damage the floor.

How will the edges (closing) of the carpet be handled?

We will choose a professional closing method based on the material: professional closing strips (such as stainless steel/wooden strips) are used for carpets that touch stone; aluminum alloy closing strips are used to smooth the transition between carpets and carpets (with height differences) to prevent tripping.

What are the differences between wall-to-wall carpeting and carpet tile installation methods?

Full-covered carpets need to be fixed with wooden spikes and stretched with tensioners, and the seams are spliced with hot-melt tape. Carpet tiles are laid directly with special glue and must be constructed strictly in the direction of the arrow (laying down/checkerboard) to ensure uniform texture.

Can I specify the direction of carpet tiles?

Can. We will construct according to the design requirements. Common paving methods include: paving along the grain (visually unified and neat) or checkerboard style/staggered horizontally and vertically (increasing the sense of three-dimensionality and design).

Will the carpet seams be obvious?

Seams are unavoidable in large-area paving, but we will use professional processes (precise alignment, hot-melt splicing) and arrange the seams in inconspicuous places (such as under furniture) to make them almost "invisible" from normal viewing angles.

Can you arrange for a master to come to your home for measurement? Are there any charges?

If you choose our paving service, we can arrange for experienced masters to come and measure for free. After accurately calculating the loss, we will provide you with an accurate quotation to eliminate hidden consumption.

Is the cost of construction at night the same as during the day?

Do you offer an "install only" service (I bring my own carpet)?

Is there any smell after installation? Can it be used immediately?

Carpet tiles use environmentally friendly glue and can be used immediately after being laid; full-cover carpets can be walked on after being laid, but it is recommended to let them sit for a few hours before returning heavy furniture to ensure that the carpet is smooth and stable.

Are there cleaning or maintenance services?

After paving, we will perform basic cleaning. If you need in-depth whole-house vacuuming or steam cleaning, it is a value-added service and requires additional charges. Please inquire for specific prices.

Is there a warranty on the product and installation?

We provide comprehensive after-sales service: 1-year product warranty (for manufacturing defects) and 3-6 months installation warranty (for workmanship problems). Man-made damage is not included.
